Being a retired Army officer, I have seen things and made things happen for the better of my country and countrymen. With my knowledge of war, I decided to share my experiences and knowledge of combat skills and arsenal to those in need of it online, by making my own website. To be honest with you, I have no knowledge whatsoever of how to make a website, and a web designer’s fee is much too steep for me, that is why I did the unthinkable and decided to create my own website through a free website builder named Wix.com. After all, what else can a retired officer do all day? I need to be in focus even if I am out of the service, and by maintaining a website, I am able to still think about the good old days and not lose my edge. This is where it gets good with Wix, and honestly I tried it out for the kick of it, but it’s really fun when you’re in the middle of it. It takes out the boring process of HTML coding which I know nothing about, and empowers me to create my website using their ready made templates, and content is also easy with their drag and drop interface. My website also served as a portal for clients wanting knowledge of my craft, like security and bodyguard agencies, and someone offered me to put up a school to teach self defense the military combat way. I guess it’s cool to have the best of both world, being a citizen and a public servant still, all thanks to Wix.com.
